How do you send out your products?

We send out all of our consumer orders with Poczta Polska, the Polish post office. All items are sent as a registered priority package with a tracking number included.

What is the approximate shipping time?

This really depends on your domestic post office. It can be all from 2-4 days to most of the European Union, 5-10 days to the UK and Ireland and between 7-14 days to the rest of the World. We send all of our parcels with priority shipping, ensuring that they reach their destination as soon as possible. We send out many packages to many different countries so please contact us if you need average shipping times to your country.

What if a package is lost on the way?

All of our packages are sent via registered mail. This virtually eliminates the risk of it being lost on the way. The package can be tracked online and therefore it can most often be found even if it is misplaced. If you are experiencing such problems please contact us and we will solve the issue together!

Payments

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, which means that you can pay either by using your registered PayPal account or directly via debit or credit card without registering with PayPal (please use the I want to pay without registering option). We also accept payment with Visa or Mastercard directly via our payment gateway (Przelewy24).

Are there other ways to pay?

Most people use their credit card to pay, if you don’t have any possibility of using it you can contact us for bank transfer information!

Orders and Returns

How can I order?

Choose one or several products that you want to purchase by adding them to the shopping cart. Once you are ready you can proceed to view your cart and then proceed to the checkout. Please follow the instructions at the Checkout and pay for your order, easy as that! If you are experiencing any problems while order us please send us an e-mail at info@raspberryrepublic.com

Do I need to register with you to make an order?

No, you can order as a guest without any necessary registration hassle. We want to provide our customers with a quick and easy way of ordering!

How can I track my order?

Most countries have a national post office homepage where you can track orders. There should be a field where you can input the tracking number and get information on where the package currently is. Please observe that tracking information might become available only after the order has reached your country.

How can I return an order?

For customers within the EU: You have the right to return your order in an unused condition within 14 days from receiving it. Before returning your order you need to contact us.

Please note that you must cover the shipping costs for the return and that you are responsible for the package and that it reaches us in good condition. We suggest sending your return as a registered package.

What if my items are faulty?

If you receive an item that is faulty or that differs from what you’ve ordered (another size, another model or pattern) we can exchange it for free to the right product. The return shipping and shipping of the new item in such a situation will be covered by us.
